The customer provides product requirements, including specifications, quantity, packaging, and destination. The Thien Ky sales team then provides a quotation

Sign the Contract
Both parties confirm the pricing, specifications, quantity, and delivery schedule, followed by the signing of the sales contract

Production & Packing
Production and quality control are carried out under strict standards, with packaging tailored to the customer’s requirements

Ship the Order
Goods are shipped from Cat Lai or Cai Mep Port with complete export documentation for smooth customs clearance.

Track the Shipment
The shipment is closely monitored from departure until arrival at the final destination, with regular updates provided to the customer.

After-Sales Support
The Thien Ky sales team remains available after delivery to address product or quality concerns and support future orders

What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Our minimum order is 1 × 20ft container. If you need a mixed-grade shipment, just let us know and we can discuss the available options.
Can I Get Samples?
Absolutely. We provide free samples for qualified B2B buyers and can send them by express courier. If you visit our factory, you can also take samples directly and check the products in person.
What Certifications Do You Have?
Our certifications and compliance include SMETA, AFI grading alignment, FDA registration, BRCGS Food Safety Certification, and Kosher certification.

Can You Provide OEM / Private-Label Packaging?
Yes, of course. We can provide custom packaging such as vacuum bags, tin boxes, jumbo bags, and cartons with your own branding. Just share your packaging requirements with us, and we’ll work out the suitable option.
